Other than an oil change, I don't think technicians know how to fix issues 100%. I ended up selling my Nissan Altima (1st owner). In summary, you can find much better-skilled technicians outside, but not in this dealership. They had me fix a few issues without addressing the main problem just because they didn't know what the issue was.
FRAUD, this dealership lies, deceives and rob you of your money time.
I recently had a unique experience at this dealer, and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts about their service. I was notified that the dealership would be closing at the end of July but they could still help me with my car. That was not the case. Luckily I found Eurasian service center about a block away. They let me book online with less than 24 hours notice and offered me a 10% discount because my dealership was closing. The staff at Eurasian was friendly, empathetic and attentive to my situation.
This is my first time at dealerships Service, , and I was pleasantly surprised, very good service, excellent employees and most importantly everything is fast. thank you very much for your work .
