Called them on a Sunday morning after ac stopped working on Sunday afternoon, company assigned by my homeowners warranty never responded to their dispatch work order within their listed business hours which included weekends. I was able to reach the Priority Heating & Air on call tech and was able to schedule a visit within 2 hours of the call. Repair was made promptly and unit is back an working. My experience with priority air was great. We have decided to use this company to put a new unit in our home.
Gave these guys a call on a Sunday for an emergency and they were here within an hour. Excellent service, professional technician. I’ll be using them for any future work needed.
I typically use a different hvac company but the company I usually use didn’t offer the amount of financing I needed. Priority was my second choice. I needed a total system replacement for my home. I honestly expected the job to take a week but thankfully it was finished in two days. Jesse was excellent in explaining everything that was going on & made sure I understood how to use my new system. All the workers were great too. I am very impressed by the work & customer service I received.
