The service I received from your company was very professional. The customer service was handled so that I would be inconvenienced as little as possible. Doug Harrison was very considerate and kept me informed throughout the process, which took several days. Thankfully, I am enjoying a warm home again.
Was having some heating issues the past few days to the point that the inside temperature had dropped to 65 degrees. I called a Priority service technician for advice and to schedule an appointment. Doug Harrison came the next day (today) to assess the situation. He checked the entire system inside and out even going under the crawl space. His thoroughness assessed the situation in short order and got the thermostat working properly so now the temperature is up to a cozy 73. Awesome Customer Service. Jessie came out the same day I called. My insurance company had my unit replaced from the storm damage and Jesse was so thorough with what I needed. He was kind and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Once the estimate was written and approved he scheduled the install date, they came and carefully did the work. My service guy is and has always been trust worthy, professional, and knows his job. I recommend him and the company he works for to everyone.
Called them on a Sunday morning after ac stopped working on Sunday afternoon, company assigned by my homeowners warranty never responded to their dispatch work order within their listed business hours which included weekends. I was able to reach the Priority Heating & Air on call tech and was able to schedule a visit within 2 hours of the call. Repair was made promptly and unit is back an working.
