Priority was recommended to me by a friend. I needed an HVAC unit replaced at my business. Priority was very prompt with coming. They were clear with what my options were and were efficient in replacing my unit. Unfortunately, the replacement work could have gone better. The installers did not communicate well when the work was complete, left a mess behind, and damaged my gutter during the install. Outstanding service from Doug who did my repairs and the person who answered the phone, I apologize for not getting her name, set me up for same day repairs!
Really appreciated the service and support, was here next day after calling. Pricing was reasonable for the two services per year, and the service techs, Tony and Brandon were very informative and answered all questions asked.
The service I received from your company was very professional. The customer service was handled so that I would be inconvenienced as little as possible. Doug Harrison was very considerate and kept me informed throughout the process, which took several days. Thankfully, I am enjoying a warm home again.
Was having some heating issues the past few days to the point that the inside temperature had dropped to 65 degrees. I called a Priority service technician for advice and to schedule an appointment. Doug Harrison came the next day (today) to assess the situation. He checked the entire system inside and out even going under the crawl space.
