My husband went in there for pain in his back/side seen Brenda Pursley she said that it was a pulled muscle he disagreed with her and said but it doesn't feel like a pulled muscle the she popped off and said well what do you want me to do about it and he said is there some test we can do to see if it's something else she hatefully saidi guess we can do a urine test it came back and turns out she was wrong he has a bladder infection so if he wouldn't have pushed the issue she would have sent him on his way without treatment a... read more

Place aint been the same since miss Stacy has left the Dr can't even show up on time bunch of bs they expect there employees to show up on time might as well not open if they can't be here to take care of people the staff that help you out front is wonderful not there fault the other can't be on time

This place refuses to give me my DOT Physical that I paid $85.00 for. Now I have to go save up $100 to redo it in Oklahoma somewhere. So I can save my CDL A from getting dropped to class D. Stop going to this place they. Never to this place. They refused to refund your money back. For service not rendered Their DOT Physical license should be pulled
