I can't say enough good things about Debbie Conyer, service manager, and Kevin, who worked on my car. The problem was a confusing diagnostic one, and Debbie and Kevin worked together to diagnose, fix and provide great follow up with me. Kevin even went out of his way to show me how badly I needed new tires. Great customer service and great technicians!
Sent flyers out via mail claiming if you match 3 items you win. Mine clearly was a $1000 winner and they will not honor it. I assumed it was a con and it was... Scam artists - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have contacted a family friend who is an attorney to review the wording on the flyer to see if it was properly worded to avoid a lawsuit. Claimed flyer was a $2 winner - wasted more gas than that to drive over there. They should be ashamed of themselves!
Buying a vehicle from Priority was a fantastic experience...until the paperwork is signed and you leave with the car. Good luck getting anything done to your vehicle after that. Just trying to get an appt for an oil change is ridiculous! I worked in the business and I should've known better. I got "caught up" in the new car thing and didn't do my homework like I should have. Got an estimate on Thurs. June 16th for damage to the right side of my bumper & tail light. Parts ordered Friday. Dropped my vehicle off Monday. Car was to be ready Wednesday. More damage found, so it was now to be ready Friday. Wrong part shipped, so it was now to be ready Monday morning. Monday afternoon & I haven't heard from anyone. Called 8 times.
