The staff was engaging, helpful, and very professional.
I went to Priority West End to look for a car this week. They actually had a really good selection, of cars and some nice trucks! A young gentleman named Sherrod Lewis helped me out. He was one of the most informational, down to earth people I've ever talked to at a car dealership. Most just ask what you're looking for, he actually asked me questions to see what i was into and went from there. We ended up looking at a black 2013 Toyota Tundra that i really liked. If you need a salesman, Sherrod Lewis is the man. Everything I asked for he made sure it was met. He worked and did not stop until I was happy. That’s a great person to trust and work with. Even though service takes a while, everyone is so nice it makes up for it. Low pressure when it came to getting the work done. She gave me directions to to a place close to eat while I waited. Mental note to just drop off next time. But overall 5 stars for service and customer service.
The customer service is great and service manager Debbie was awesome!
Takes advantage of elderly people just to sell cars. Rude management and exceptionally poor customer service. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone- and wouldn't even give them one star.
