My experience here was absolutely terrible. I had to wait close to 3 hours after my appointment time before I was seen. They didn't call me to warn me the doctor was running a few hours behind schedule. The staff was rude when I asked them how much longer it was going to be. They also go by who signs in first rather than appointment times.The staff was very rude and unprofessional. When I told the doctor about the way they treated me he just smiled and shrugged. I'm 5 months pregnant and have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez since finding out that I was pregnant. The staff here is very friendly, the office is very clean and easy to locate, the parking is very bad since it's next to Holy Cross Hospital! Street parking is usually always taken so just prepare to pay for parking. One thing I do hate about this office is that they don't have their own lab to do bloodwork and necessary tests, instead they will send you to a private lab that is also located in the same building but it's just a ha... read more
