NEVER AGAIN - Took my car here previously and found out during a recent service that they installed a plastic thermostat instead of a proper metal one. This is a critical part of the cooling system, and using plastic is a cheap shortcut that risks cracking, leaking, and long-term engine damage Even worse, they charged me $280 for what turns out to be a $30 part. Friendly, efficient and very helpful!
I stopped by today as my central locking is playing up. The lady on reception didn't even know what central locking was. I had to explain it. She told me she would check if they did that. After a couple of minutes "typing" I was told because it was a Saturday that all their mechanics were too busy to even look at my car and if I want a mechanic to look at my car that I need to call ahead to make sure a mechanic was available.
