GREAT WORK & FREINDLY STAFF – IVE HAD A NUMBER OF MY CARS & TRUCKS REPAIRED THERE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND SHOP FOR ANY REPAIRS
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! DO NOT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK – I HAD MY 2005 MONTE CARLO PAINTED THEIR THEY CHARGED ME OVER 1000 DOLLARS TO PAINT ONE SIDE OF IT. THEY DID AN AWFUL JOB THEIR WAS OVERSPRAY ALL OVER MY CAR EVEN MY WINDSHEILD BECUASE THEY WERE TO LAZY TO COVER IT UP. MY CAR RUSTED IN LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER THEY PAINTED IT AND THEY WOULD NOT WARRANTY IT OR SIMPLY ADMIT THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE. Great work & Customer Service – They provided a car for me while mine was being worked on. My car looked like new when I got it back. Friendly people.
I've used Priority for 3 separate accidents and was very pleased each time w/ the result and service. In addition to excellent repair of my car, they provided me with a loaner car each time and DETAILED my car like new! I live 70 miles from DeWitt, but have it towed there for repair. I can't give them enough praise. I hope I don't need to use them again, but would do so without hesitation.
Consistently Good Service – I have taken my vehicles to Priority Auto Body for years. They are very professional and seem to strive for excellence in customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They do a good job of making damaged things look like new. They worked with my insurance company even though they were not on their preferred body shop list. Good prompt service, attention to customer satisfaction and competitive rates, what more can you ask for.
