From the minute I stepped into the office until the minute I picked up our truck, I was super pleased with Priority. We had a crack in our windshield. Priority gave me an estimate, appointment and I knew I would have a loaner car when I dropped off the truck. Dropped off the truck, left in a super clean loaner with 3/4 of a tank of gas. Every contact with Priority staff was friendly and helpful. They handled the towing and worked with my insurance company to get my car fixed and back to me as quickly as possible. My car looks great and they even cleaned out the inside and left it smelling brand new.

This was my wife and I first time we needed auto body work. We really didn’t know where to take the car because we wanted an honest service and good work. There are hundreds of body shops in the Lansing area. We read reviews, did our homework, etc. All avenues directed us to Priority. We are more than impressed. Not only did they fix my car after the wind storm last March, they waxed out all of the tree sap that was stuck on my car for years. They are the best!!
