Do not order from this place take you time and read all the failures below. I wish i would have done the same. I ordered 2 cartridges from this place, printed 2 copies and the printer stated cartridges were empty. I emailed the customer service they advised for me to dampen cartridges, I did and still not working. When I emailed them to send me a new set or refund my money I get no response!!! Bad business!!! Give your money to another company this one does not take pride in their customers.
I have two refill cartridges from printronic. Neither one works in the printer it was allegedly designed to work in. The printer just says “there is a problem with one of the cartridges”. I have called printronic three times to try to get this resolved. They NEVER answer the phone and they never return Calls from the voicemails I have left. Zero customer service and horrible products. Don’t use them!
