Printfirm is awful!! They do not stand by their 100% guarantee. I sent files for my bookmarks and trading cards that I hired a professional to set up. Printfirm changed all my colors on it and made them so dark you can't see half of the pictures! And then they told me they don't gurantee colors? For real? I sent the files in the colors I needed! Why change it and make someone unhappy? Save your money. Spend a bit more and get quality work someplace else!!
The Worst!! – I wish I could rate them in the negatives! I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago for 1 poster. I called periodically to check on the status and all times including the last (just got off the phone) I was told it was being processed. The call operator told meit will be looked into as to why its taking so long and she will call me back. Due to me NEEDING this NOW I will give her till the afternoon to inform me that it is being expressed shipped NOW... if that is not what I aim told I will be canceling my order for... read more
