These guys did great! Brought in my laser jet printer that I rely on at home and they were able to diagnose & fix it within a few business days. Works like a charm now! They are very prompt to answer the phone. It's a small business that conducts business outside of the shop at times, so you may need to call to coordinate pickup/drop off, but their customer service was fantastic.
These guys fixed (2) of my HP 5200 printers. Up and running in under a week. Make sure to call before making the trip to their store. They may be out delivering their high quality toners.

I'm really grateful I found this local store. They offer good prices for quality laser printer cartridges and supplies. They also have good advice and repairs for your laser printer problems. All in all, a really good resource for home offices and small businesses.
