I have done business with Printer Source for many years. I should have reviewed them long ago for the 5 star service they provide. Believe it or not it's hard to find a similar business that does not have horrible 1 star reviews. I have found them to be ethical, friendly, helpful, courteous and expert in their profession. I hate to even explain the extent to which they have gone out of their way during my latest printer dilemma because if everyone else got this level of service, I fear they would be out of business! Printer Source is the type of stand-up, classy business rarely seen in today's market. I called to order a drum kit for my Kyocera copier after being told by a local technician that the drum unit was scratched. The printer was making black lines on the left side of every page. The technician, Ryan, wanted to first check if I actually needed said part.
