Called to simply just ask if they were taking new patients as this dentist was highly recommended to us. And when I asked the receptionist hung up on me. Would love to still try get in at some point at they are still highly recommended but how rude can you freaking be?
I cracked a tooth on Black Friday, left a message and got a call back Monday, made appointment for Tuesday and I’m all fixed up in less than an hour. The dentist is hard for me but Dr Matt and the team are so caring and wonderful. I needed 3 different shots for my filing and I barely felt a thing! Everyone there is always smiling, very attentive, super supportive and explain things very well. Dr Christina is the best with my boys. I can’t recommend this FAMILY BUSINESS enough! Thank you Prindles!
Best dentists in the Finger Lakes! Dr. Prindle and Dr. Prindle are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Both very talented and friendly!
