What a joke. It’s a european car, and local mechanics are scared of the metric system, so they really got you over a barrel. The staff at the service center are surly and impossible to communicate with. The mechanics that work at volvo do a bad job, being unable to cope with a non-oem part being installed by another shop and requiring you to pay to have the part replaced. They keep forgetting to connect hoses. If you get new wheels installed, they won’t balance them unless you specifically request it on top of the install. Y... read more
