I called to inquire about a property and the owner of the company was demanding to see my savings account with 30k minimum and also would not agree to show me the property because I questioned her insane screening questions. She also said she would not show me any properties what so ever because I asked to see her requirements in writing. She is rude and should not be doing business as she is not following proper real estate ethics.
My partner and I inquired about a property and did not appreciate the service we received. The manager will not allow us to look at the apartment if we did not agree to take the place. She even sent a text asking us if we can pay rent on April 1st. she even asked that we need to have $20k in savings before renting. I would give a no stars if I can. Poor customer service will not work for someone trying to find a place to live.
