I was initially very happy with the purchase of the 2013 Honda Odyssey and the service provided, but unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill since. When I bought the vehicle, I was told the air conditioning worked. It was winter at the time, so I trusted their word and a quick test that seemed fine—likely due to the cold temperatures. This was by so far the best customer service I have ever received. I have heard bad stories about mechanics but Principle Auto provided excellent customer service and amazing quality of work. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a car or get their car serviced. !!
