The worst. The complexes are run down and they over charge for everything. The staff at the Avondale apartments moved me into a dirty unit with way to many work orders. The ceiling was leaking and never got address. I ended up moving out due to the condition of the unit they sent my file straight to collection not even allowing em to make a payment or even knowing the balance owed. Never will I ever stay at another AMC property.
Unprofessional and unorganized. They need to go out of business.
This company is not answering any phone calls and emails. Non responsive at all. Is there anybody working there? Are they out of business?
from a vendor standpoint, these guys and gals are awesome. easy to do work for, responsive to our requests and pay there invoices on time. I wish they could all be this good.
The worst property manager company I've ever dealt with. Impossible to reach, does not fulfill any promises, raises HOA for no reason, provides zero services. Just had our garage broken into, and cars vandalized and this was the response, literally. Stay Away!!
