Principal Properties was very unfair to me as a tenant when I lived at one of their apartments. I promised myself at the time that after I moved out I would post reviews everywhere I could to prevent the same unfairness from happening to others. I moved out towards the end of 2019 after living at Petit Maison in Virginia Gardens, a building occupied mostly by Section 8 recipients.
