We are former condominium owners at Stone Creek, Alden Bridge, The Woodlands. Texas. The HOA for the community is PMG with PMG contacts being Penny Prothro and Wendy Chaires. We sold our unit on 25-August-2023. Despite no longer being property owners, PMG withdrew the HOA fee from our checking account approximately 5-Sep-2023. The refund amount is not in dispute.
