Principal Contracting was hired to complete a laundry room renovation. We had some damage from several water leaks over the years and it was time for a new and fresh look. I met with Eric and I knew he would be the one we would hire because of his confidence in speaking about the project. I hired Principal Contracting for my Kitchen remodel after a fire. Excellent experience! Outstanding Craftsmanship. Project took a few days, they vacuumed and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Professional and respectful of my home. Will 100% hire Principal Contracting for future work.

Eric and staff were very professional in the agreed assignment. Explained roof repair and even display pictures of the repair at completion. Of course success won't be measured until it rains on previously leaky roof, however Eric assured me if any problems arise don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks again
