I was unfortunate enough to be one of Dr. Onwere's patients. Disrespectful, arrogant, and sloppy. Seek help elsewhere if you can.
They don't return your calls when they say they will. Horrible communication, red flag.
I called February of 2022, and completed new patient registration paperwork online on 2/10/22. I called and left messages weeks apart to follow up. I never spoke with them beyond the preliminary phone call. I find this way of managing a practice deplorable. Because they never returned my calls, I do not know if my private information was deleted, and I received no answer as to why I was never called back to schedule an appointment.
