Prices is reasonable, and the lady up front is polite and very professional. I recommend this place to everyone.
Over the years I’ve had a few storage units at several other local facilities, and I’ve enjoyed my experience at Princetown Rd storage much more than the other locations. Reasonable price, very clean, nice people. I like that everything is on camera & secure, which gives me peace of mind. Facility is well lit at night too which is a plus for stopping quick after work. India (the front desk girl) has been so helpful whenever I need anything. Don’t hesitate to use them!

My experience with princetown storage is very professional and courteous (India)customer service. The storage units are clean and temperature controlled. I am able to make easy online payment. I feel my items are safe. The communication with the facility is great and they respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner. I highly recommend this storage facility!
