Bad customer service!! Also owner is very very rude
RecommendedI bought my tires from them about 8 months ago had a flat tire took it back to have it fixed today was great Customer service I had an extra ice sweet tea I gave him my 44 extra ice sweet tea from sonic I’ll be going back he put my donut back in the trunk and I was on my way thank you so much
Unprofessional, rude, horrible customer service. If it was possible for me to give them a zero star rating I would because that is what this shop and its employees deserve. If my car happened to experience 4 flat tires in the parking lot of Princeton Tire Shop I would pay the extra money to have it towed to any other tire shop in the world. The shorter Hispanic man who may have been the "manager" had the worst customer service I had ever experienced and was far from professional. I suggest you go anywhere else but here!
If I could give this tire shop 0 stars, I would. I am an independent contractor delivery driver for a company in DFW. I get assigned jobs and pickups from an app on my phone and I made the mistake of accepting an order from Princeton tire shop. I had Princeton Tire Shop install a new exhaust in my suburban. When i dropped it off I told them I want it done correctly and I want it quite. Well it was quite for about 22 days. The muffler they installed fell apart. I contacted them about this. The muffler tech told me he remembered my suburban. Looked me in the eyes and told me the guy that dropped it off told him to put one on as cheap as possible. I asked him to clarify and he did. Went there for exhaust work it was a great deal and made suggestions on how and why to do it right
I had my shocks fixed on my car. With great customer service and the conveniences of their weekend hours the work was done on a Sunday. I was very impressed with the knowledge and can appreciate the hard work and speedy repairs that were completed.
