They refused to stop charging me for two months after moving out. After a month of trying to contact them, they told me that it would be taken care of at corporate. It’s been a year, they lied and overcharged me. Thieves.

I have been charged 2 months after I moved out. I was told I would get a refund, and it has yet to happen.
My husband left months ago and has been charged for months while our stuff was not there, promised a refund and never got one. Also, they only pickup the phone if you say you are interested in renting a new space and have not been responsive to my husband while he was moving our stuff out or while trying to get our refund. Eventually they stopped pulling money from our account, but never refunded us.
