AWEFUL DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GROW MY HAIR OUT AND WANTED A TRIM ALSO COLOR CORRECTION(JUST TO TAME THE BLONDE BRASSINESS) THEY DID A VERY AWEFUL JOB I WAS BETTER OFF BEFORE I WENT IN. NOW MY HAIR IS VERY SHORT AND WILL TAKE MONTHS JUST TO GET BACK TO THE LENGTH I WAS BEFORE GOING HERE. I DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES ...WHO WOULD? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

This place is ridiculously bad! Invited me in for a complimentary cut, I was excited because I just moved back to the area and wanted to find a good aveda salon. I had been a loyal Van Michaels customer, but moved an hour away. After keeping me waiting for 45 minutes they washed my hair and left me sitting in the sink with conditioner in my hair. What a bad experience! Had to wait over half an hour past my appointment time and then got a bad haircut. They asked if I wanted it straightened, straightened it the wrong way, tried to fix it and failed and then charged me for the straightening anyway. Not going back!

ASK FOR LICENSE!! Most of their stylist do NOT have a license, They train these kids for 4 weeks before putting them on the floor! They have "Master Stylist" who have been doing hair for less than a year! Without a license.These people are crooks!! The buford location doesn't even use Aveda produts most of the time.Please don't be tricked by them!! The owners of this place are horriable crooks. They resale returned products,they use clairol bleach from sally's when the run out of Aveda!!

Worse salon experience! Had a keratin treatment that cost me $250 and two days later my hair was falling out! Had horrible breakage and my hair was frizzy and not smoothe at all! I called to ask what the problem was and the receptionist was rude and refused to let me speak with a manager. I called several times and got same answer. I came in and they said there was nothing they could do since it was past the 7 days. I spent $250 on something that damaged my hair!! Rude stylist and receptionist!! Venus did a wonderful job on my hair AGAIN! She really listens to what your likes and dislikes are. If you're in the mood for something different but not too risky, she's the one! She tunes in and always give the upmost attention!!! I absolutely would not go to anyone else (I'm very particular)!!!! I highly recommend her for anything from a cut to color or both!

Just had Venus do my hair again. She is incredible and really knows her stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!! My hair has never looked better. The cut and color suit me so perfectly. She takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you are getting the best possible services!!!!
