Horrible in every sense. Rent anywhere else. Their team will never answer the phone or call back, and will never respond to your emails. They lost a rent check which we had proof of dropping off to their office on-time, and served us with an eviction notice with no prior warning. After showing them the proof that the check had been dropped off, they magically found it and canceled the eviction without an apology or admission of their mistake. Kitty is a terrible property manager who allows tenants to harass and intimidate individuals.
I’ve reached out probably six times about available properties via phone and email over the past two weeks. I’m not sure how to get in touch with this company. I hope it isn’t this difficult to contact them when you your sink breaks or something.
They had a random division in bend oregon for a bit, they managed two properties on bends west side called river west and Aspen courts. Not only did the tenants they rent to cause a huge amount of problems but so did Princeton property management. They managed the property through the end of the pandemic and they did random inspections of multiple units each day including checking peoples fridge and cabinets resulting in wide spread contamination of multiple units.
