The staff are professional, caring and treat people with respect. It’s best to be aware there may be a wait because understandably they see patients according to urgency. This is explained. The staff are stars and provide the best service with the resources available.
My family is very pleased with the treatment of my grandfather. Just waiting time was a bit too long but that's understandable. Overall best experience!
I just went there today with skin burn on my hand and saw the 30 min wait notice. The young lady who dealt with me was very polite and professional. Actually she was out of there quicker than I thought.

It was a good experience. This was my first time at an Urgent Care facility and i'm glad to find this as an option between hospital care and the ER.
They got me in within an hour, was able to diagnose my strep throat, and even gave me meds to treat my symptoms and a shot of antibiotics on site.
