This place is not worth your money. Been here for a little over 4 months and nothing but problems. The property manager Shaerri Abernathy is rude and unprofessional. When getting ready to move into my unit it was dirty even though I was told they hired someone to clean it. There were items from the last resident still in my unit that we had to clean up. Shortly after that my washer stop working and my stove had to be replaced. My ac unit hasn't worked properly for months. She finally sent someone out to look at it and that's... read more
I would like to share my experience at Princeton Place, it was easy to apply and the communication with staff was consistent from the start, Chlorie is very pleasant and makes you feel at home, Shaerri is very knowledgeable, caring and keeps the community together! It’s very quiet, even on the weekends Maintenance has been helpful since day one as well and all my work orders which hasn’t been many gets fixed in a timely manner. Terrible experience applying with them and touring for a home . The day we were finally going to see the apartment for the first time it was horrible . 1) Looked nothing like the apartment previously shown to us 2) was dirty , dusty , and maintenance painted over holes / marks the last tenants had but it was done terribly , bugs everywhere and the leasing agent said to us “ all we waiting on is the carpet cleaners “ then you will be all moved in . I have lived at this apartment complex for one year and have really enjoyed my time here. Chlorie at the leasing office has done an amazing job anytime we've run into issues. Maintenance responds quickly to every service request and the location is close to the I-75 as well as Marietta square.
