I asked them to repair my air conditioner, but they did not. I asked them to repair it for three days in a row, and on the third day they responded that they would come today, but they did not come to repair it that day either. The temperature in my room is 89 and I am dying. The response is the worst.
Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. So far, they have been timely with my maintenance requests. Very quiet and peaceful and great location
We have lived at Princeton Place since 2017. It's was a relatively decent place to live for the price. It's very close to my daughter's job - so convenience was a major factor for us. We have lived here throughout various changes of property management. The property management and staff have been pretty easy to work with up until the last year and a half. My husband and I moved into Princeton Place five years ago. At that time the complex was ran by a man named Tony. Tony was an amazing manager of the complex and ran everything smoothly. He was truly loved by the residents here. Three years into living here, Tony moved away and since then things have gone down hill. Hated it!! I could not wait to move. The only reason I gave a two stars is because my neighbors were so great and Maintenance wasn’t horrible and nothing is absolutely imperfect but this place is as close to a 1 as you could get. My experience was Mostly so horrible because of the property manager Sheri. She was Terrible with a Capital T. She was rude, accusatory, disrespectful, dismissive and just plain rude .
