I just recently moved in within the last 2 weeks. When I tell you this was the easiest and most convenient move I have been made. The staff ms shaerri was amazing from the moment I called to inquires until the moment I signed my lease. I had a really quick deadline, I applied Tuesday and needed to move in by Friday and she made that happen flawlessly. Customer service was a1. Princeton Place Apartments is a great place to live. The office is always sparkling clean and very well organized, with all the right amenities. The Office staff both Ms. Abernathy and Ms. Holmes are very professional and they really make a person feel like they've known them for years. I recently renewed my lease within the last month. This is my 2nd year. I highly recommend the property, thank you.
It’s a nice apartment. Some of the outlets don’t work but the maintenance is quick and the leasing team is helpful.
Living here for 5 years no complaints !! Quiet and peaceful
Stayed here for my fall semester at KSU. Nothing wrong with the place but nothing special. Had some problems getting a response from the leasing office when there was a mistake made by them on our lease. It got sorted out in the end but I would have appreciated it if they had responded to my emails instead of me having to go to their office in person for something that would have been much easier to do over email. Other than that, living at Princeton Place was a great living arrangement for the semester.
