I am a current resident and I honestly now feel trapped in my lease. I submitted a maintenance request about my fridge on July 1 and here we are July 7 and I've only been advised to leave my fridge open of 2 hrs. That's an issue but things like that can be fixed, but what can't be fixed is the people in the office. The young lady on the phone got upset because I advised her that this was unacceptable. Just moved in and Anna (office gal) was truly amazing. She made everything very effortless, the apartment is beautiful and so far the community has been welcoming.
It’s been going further and further downhill. And even after a year of moving out, they have still not returned my security deposit. Did I mention the three times my water heater broke, the heating died completely or the lack of hot water during my time there?
Great property in my opinion I lived here for 3 years. close to my job, It’s Minutes from downtown Marietta, Hospital and lots of Restaurants & shopping. Now There were a few things that needed to be done In my apartment, however management has always make sure that those things were taken care of and a timely manner thanks
This place was nice when we came to tour but until the second time we called she had a attitude and said rude things
