I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years now and I would not recommend. If new management takes over, things might change, but management has changed at least three times since I’ve lived here and the maintenance requests take forever, if they are even addressed. They hardly ever answer the phone at the office, and the ladies who work there as of right now are not very professional and will give you an attitude if you push back on what they say. When you think of home you should find solace, a peace in knowing you have a sanctuary to break away from the world. Finding comfort in knowing you are able to decompress from the woes of the average day. Unfortunately this is not the case if you are a resident of Princeton Place Apartment Complex. They never fix anything also office staff are very rude down to the property manager
Princeton is a nice place to live, Jasmine is very great at her job she makes you feel comfortable easy to talk to and she cares.This hard to find these days. Jasmine answered all my questions and concerns I wish more rental people would be like this.
Property is very nice and quiet. Considering moving here in December. The customer service from Jasmine was exceptional.
