One thing you might want to have at a medical practice: someone to answer the phone. Unfortunately, this practice does not have that.
I didn't have any issues here. I think people might be expecting to much from medical offices that are very busy and are doing the best they can. I was treated very well here, and I got the help that I needed from Dr. Basi, who put me at ease and addressed my concerns.
Front desk is very incapable. Didn’t check insurance while I asked them. I had a visit with dr Lebowitz in the hospital who was great but doctor Paulsani was running behind with appointments while I had to feed my baby, terrible service. I never go back to this office.
