I have belonged for 16 plus years. Have never found any of the staff to be anything other than friendly and helpful. I am 64 and have belonged to many facilities over the years and this the best. Well maintained. My only complaint deals with the idiots using the men's showers that blow their noses and hack up and spit in the stalls. Happens frequently. Incredibly unsanitary. Management needs to put up a sign. Other than that, this is an outstanding facility.
I have loved being a member here for the past several years. As far as the negative review regarding staff....I find the staff at east to be the most joyful workers while they do their jobs. From the kids club to front desk to the cleaning staff, they smile, engage, and care about their work. I particularly love the power stretch class on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings with Brenda as the instructor. She is amazing and the class has been so helpful for my fibromyalgia symptoms. I love the Princeton Club!
Too crowded and a lot of freeloaders that do not pay use the facilities. If you want to use a machine you need to go between the hours of 11pm and 4am.
