The amenities they may seem great, but my experience there was lack luster. Multiple times the steam room and sauna were closed and it wasn't a welcoming environment for me.They took membership fees out of my account beyond the contract period, and could careless about my experience. I will NEVER sign up for a gym with a contract again. I totally learned my lesson. Oh and no phone reception for Verizon customers!
Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s also a very clean place. Lots of space and lots of workout options. Being open 24 hours also is extremely helpful if you have a difficult schedule and still need to get in a workout. This has been my favorite gym for ten years.
The best club ever. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and like you matter. We had one slight hick up getting matched up with a trainer but the lovely woman that signed us up Kathleen Bingham took care of everything and made it right. The whole crew at Watts Road know the definition of customer service.
