It’s clean and from 11 to about 3.30/4 it’s pretty quiet so it’s not too hard to get a workout in at your own pace without feeling self-conscious.
24 hour, good equipment, nice staff, respectful patrons. ONLY con is the music played over the PA. It's the same 5-7 songs, day in and day out. I mean, come on, how hard is it to mix it up a little, it's almost 2020 and there's this thing called the internet with Pandora and Spotify. It's a bit ironic to promote physical fitness yet be completely lazy with the music. Hearing Selena Gomez and Lil Nas X every single day is the definition of torture.
Need to get in shape, need more energy? This gym is great! Over 100 free classes to members! So if you can’t find something to motivate you here, then you’re not looking hard enough 😊
open 24 hours, great equipment, always clean and the staff is very helpful!
