My wife and I have lived here for over a year and it has been a good value for what what we pay. Maintenance is prompt and the office staff have been nothing but friendly. Only issue is that outside noise/sound, especially the snow plow late at night, comes right through the exterior walls. Edit: They seem to start landscaping at the earliest times allowed and don't care that the noise of the leafblower/weedwhacker comes right through the walls. It's like it's in our apartment.
