I would rate Princeton at Mount Vernon 4 stars overall. My experience living here was very positive, especially because of the management, included utilities, and fair move-out process. What I liked: 1 - Excellent property management I especially want to thank the property manager, Kristin Hartford. She was always professional, helpful, and kind. Very bad building and old. I pay 1500 per month for a studio. I was next the laundry room. People used the laundries anytime, including the night. The noise is very disturbing, people played music after midnight. I got many floods, one was massive. I had to call 911. I got damage of my furniture. Thy just used blowing and the electricity was charged on me. I suggest to find some different place.

I generally enjoyed living here and would likely still be a tenant if I hadn’t needed to relocate. That said, here are the key pros and cons to help future renters make an informed decision: Pests: German cockroaches were present when I moved in—baby roaches under the fridge indicated a breeding population. Management scheduled pest control quickly, but they only send it every 2 months, which was ineffective. I had to apply my own treatment to get it under control.
