My Furnace stopped working this morning and I called Princeton Air Customer Service. They arranged for Jacob T to visit my house between 1-4 pm today. Princeton air let me knew 1 hour prior to his arrival where he was and when he will be arriving. Jake also called me to let me know he was on his way by texting and calling me.Jake came and evaluated my furnace and I told him what error code I was seeing. Alberto Martino was the Residential Service Technician who serviced our furnace to prepare for winter season. He was professional, courteous, and took the necessary time to do a thorough job. He demonstrated he knew what he was doing and we had confidence in his servicing skills. He was friendly and we were happy to have him in our house. We highly recommend Alberto and Princeton Air.
Kyle arrived on time. He took the extra time to find and fix an issue. Others might have shrugged it off and created a more expensive job. Highly recommend.
Our HVAC died over the weekend and I contacted them via their online contact us form with questions about a new installation. Anthony got back to me first thing Monday morning and Colin came right out, gave me competitive pricing and scheduled installation for a day later. He arranged a window unit to hold me over until installation and it was dropped off within a couple hours. All the installers were professional and did a great job!
