I misplaced my keys and the office dealt with it with amazingly, they gave me a temporary replacement, they didn't charge me for it and was really kind ,understanding and efficient with my problem, amazing service, amazing people , thank you
In regards to Lynn's comment , I would disregard it completely. My experience with pri.cess towers has been great. They have been very accommodating to my needs, as somebody with my own struggles with ptsd they have been very understanding and I wouldn't want to knock somebody else for there struggles but you have to understand this Lynn person struggles with multi personality disorder manic depression ect. The way the supervisors treat people is absolutely disgusting. I was a guest of a tenant on an upper floor (you need a card to use elevator to get to upper floor) I went down the stair well but forgot my car keys in my friends unit on the property.. so I messaged them and they told me they would come down and then my phone died. I waited for them outside for awhile then reluctantly came into the building to try and get my keys.. I had nowhere else to go.
