Been living here with my girlfriend for 2 months now and it has been great, all the tenants and staff are really nice and respectful never had any problems with anyone. The apartment is a two bedroom with a nice big balcony with a great view of kingston! The building is in a prime location close to anything you may want/need. I would recommend highly if looking to rent!
Shawn in the office is very rude and unprofessional. I hope she learns how to be a little more respectful.
As long as your neighbor is a reasonable person, you will find no complaints on this building. The wall is thin and if you have a party type neighbor, I wish you good luck. The place isn’t that bad, just lower your expectation if you lived in a luxury building before and have to move to Kingston, an overpriced city in general🤣. Anyway, I will recommend the place, as the price is affordable compared to other places near dt and campus. The management is nice and take care of problems very quickly.
