Took my Nike/Underarmour wearing daughter Prom dress shopping. They were wonderful!
Lots of gorgeous dresses and great staff that was very helpful!
When we first got there the girl helping us was amazing until i was looking at a dress and the owner ripped it off my me n stays your to fat for this dress n says plus open back is tacky for a wedding... so they lost my sale and my bridesmaids sales...one word "commission " that's what u work off...so we went to Pickers in Clinton who are amazing n I'm going to order there ��
My daughter and I walked into the store and the staff immediately acknowledged us. They were very patient (we took 2 hours to decide on the perfect prom dress), friendly, and helpful.
I am in my sister's wedding and the bridal shop she is using is in Albany and I am from this area so I needed my measurements done to order my dress. I went in and the woman at the front desk greeted me immediately and I told her my situation and she instantly got her tape measure and measured me free of charge. I even had the size chart for the dress and she helped me figure out which one would fit me best. She did this knowing I wasn't buying from her shop. Excellent customer service. When I am making a purchase - SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. The Princess Shop went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my daughter and her two friends had a stellar shopping experience for their prom. Their selection is incredible, and their patience and professionalism were unmatched in other shops. We were thrilled to find a lovely dress, and despite visiting during a busy winter break week, be treated like we were the most important customers in the store. I would recommend this business to ANYONE looking for formal wear.
