Another successful trip to the Princess Shop!! I can't say enough about the service from every one of the staff. They are kind, devoted, doting and professional in every way. With such a huge selection of prom gowns I can't imagine not finding your princess gown!!! Our 1st visit was 7 years ago with my oldest daughter. Same wonderful experience with my youngest!!
Always fun shopping for a prom dress. I dont know how they do it, but even with a store full of girls, they manage to make each one their top priority!
I honestly had the best experience here. They were so wonderful and extremely helpful. I love my dress.

Staff and everything about this place was AMAZING! Highly recommend this business for any formal event... it was so worth the 2 hour drive, we had been to Rochcester to Syracuse to look at dresses, most place considered you an # or they just had an poor selection. Not here they treated my daughter and all others there like they were all the only one in the store... I will be using them for any next formal event.
Excellent, attentive service! Went out of their way to accommodate special requests. Bought my daughter a perfect prom dress!!!
The Princess Shop was recommended to us, and my daughter wanted to look outside of Syracuse, so that is what brought us to this awesome shop. Lots of fitting rooms, the staff was wonderful. There was a great selection of colors and styles, something for everyone for sure! Great shop to find your perfect prom or ball dress! Thanks so much!
After getting home yesterday, I received a message from one of my friends saying that they sold me the exact same prom dress as her right after they told me that it was guaranteed no one from CVA’s prom had this dress.
