My deepest appreciation to Denise for her outstanding service to my "elder" mother in law in finding the right shoes that my MIL desperately wanted. After the shoes were ordered and arrived Denise extended herself graciously to my MIL. Although shoes are a much smaller component of this fashion store, the service to us was extraordinary. I tried to contact them about a charge on my credit card and a product that was ordered and never received ... and as I was explaining this to her she hanged up on me ! Not even tried to work this problem out ! Just so unprofessional to say the least ! So I called my credit card company and they will get it straightened out ... shame , I tried to do the right thing first to give them a chance to fix it .

We have had amazing shopping experiences at the Princess Shop. We have purchased two dresses each year. We loved it last year and came back again this year. My daughter felt like a ‘princess’ during the visit. Denise and staff treated her very well. They were so accommodating to both of us. Had great suggestions of what would look good on her and understood how my daughter had envisioned herself to look on these special nights.
