Disappointing Experience – Untrained Staff & Poor Quality I had such a disappointing experience at this nail salon. They constantly have new staff, and unfortunately, they are not well-trained. I paid a lot of money expecting quality service, but I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with my nails. The technician seemed inexperienced, and the results were far from what I asked for.
