I absolutely love Princess P! Every time I come here, they make me feel like royalty. The atmosphere is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the entire staff is so kind and attentive. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past eight months without issue. About a week and a half ago, I had my nails done by a different technician than usual. Within one week, my nails began cracking and chipping on the sides, which should not happen that quickly. I returned today for repairs, but the owner charged me for both the repairs and a polish change. When I questioned the charge, I was asked what happened to my nails, implying the damage was my fault. This was my first time at Princess P and I will forever be going back! I read the reviews before picking one of the many nail salons within a 5 mile radius of my house and this salon exceeded my expectations. Sheila was the nicest and most accommodating individual as soon as I walked in the door. I can’t remember the young girl who did my pedicure but she was also amazing and so very thorough!
