I really liked Princess because they carried GK. Unfortunately it is obvious that the line is being discontinued because their retail space is so small and.they never have what I need. I alway get " we can order it". I don't need it ordered, I need it then. It should be obvious they need to order when the shelf is nearly empty. Time.for a new.line at a different distributor.
The service and care is top tier here and doesn’t compare to any other beauty supplier I’ve ever used! Recently I was shipped the wrong type of extension I ordered for a client and when I brought it to their attention, they hand delivered the new ones within 2 hours and I work all the way in Wimberley. They’re amazing here and truly care about their relationship with their customers! Will always always order from them!
