Wild that this place is so openly hostile to boyfriends. No place to sit, won’t let you in the hallway while gf is trying on items. Won’t let you in try on room with gf. My gf must parade through the dressing room hallway to show me tried on items. Was going to buy multiple dresses just bought one. I’ll just buy everything online and return it all. Much better experience.
I've always had great experiences here, so today's visit was surprising. As a manager at a neighboring retail store, I found it odd that I wasn't greeted, and the interaction when I asked about a sale section felt unwelcoming. Definitely not the level of customer service I've come to expect.
