To begin on a positive note - I usually get pedicures at Princess nails anywhere from 4-6 times a year. In recent years, they did a major renovation, so it seems pretty clean. New massage chairs, mani stations, a really big drying area. They also have a great selection of polish(always the new collections) and, should you request a flower, theirs are normally really pretty and delicate - not tacky. I've been visiting Princess Nails for over two years and have never been disappointed. My normal fare is a gel manicure, a spa pedicure and some facial waxing. The employees are attentive and professional; the results are always perfect. The one time I had a 'messy' gel nail, it was redone without complaint and I left a happy customer.

When I got a plain green coat of green gel polish I was dissapointed when it was wearing away after only a week. But I was very impressed by how profesional and enjoyable my mani peti was. Besides the polish issue it is really a good salon.

The nail techs make your acrylic nails very thick, and they use top coats that turn yellow after a few days. My nails looked so messy.
