I haven’t gone to a salon in years and this time I was reminded why once again Called for an appointment. Customer service 0/10. Was told a certain time came in. Waited almost 30 mins. Fine. 3 associates asked me what I was there for I said an appointment, they didn’t say anything else and walked away. Got shellac on my feel and hand done but their gel is not durable. Dont know why . Its peeling off from my nails just after 3-4 days.
