I have been a client of Princess Nails for over 7 years and I highly recommend this nail salon. Everyone is very professional and accommodating if you need an appointment quickly. This is my favourite nail salon in Brampton.
I’ve been getting my nails done here since June and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. The Staff are so friendly. Everyone here pays attention to detail, which I love! Thank you for your amazing customer service!
Making an appointment online doesn’t mean much cause you’ll still have to wait 45 minutes to be seen
I haven’t gone to a salon in years and this time I was reminded why once again Called for an appointment. Customer service 0/10. Was told a certain time came in. Waited almost 30 mins. Fine. 3 associates asked me what I was there for I said an appointment, they didn’t say anything else and walked away. Waited some more another associate walks in and he asks me why I’m here, I said for an appointment and I’ve been waiting for a while. He then proceeds to take me and starts my nails.
