When this place was princess nails, it was great! Ownership changed as of August 1st to 6-7 nails and it is quickly going downhill. I called three times in the morning to make an appointment for a pedicure for my mom and I and they did not answer so we went and walked it. We were taken back immediately, and it was the quickest pedicure my mom and I have ever had and not in a good way. I’m thrilled to say that I found the nail salon in East Bay that gives me exactly what I want! I got my nails set by Jen, and my nails look wonderful! I really appreciate the salon atmosphere and how sweet everyone was to me and to other clients. It’s just feels like a cozy friends hang out when you go there, and after it you get your nails done as well!
Clean staff friendly they listen to what you want and try follow what YOU want instead of what they feel is best. KEN has been doing my friend's nails for over 10yrs and I see why.. KEN NAILED IT (no pun intended). I sent him pictures of color and look of the nails I wanted and.he KILLED IT!! I LOVE LOVE MY NEW SET.. THANK YOU KEN!!
