Went today for a pedicure. There were 3 people working and 6 customers. I would get 1 thing done then I would be left alone while they worked in another customer. Nothing was really done to my feet except to soak them. The nail polish was painted on so fast. They presently look like young child painted them. I paid $10 extra to “fix” a broken toe nail. Quite certain a regular pedicure is $30 according to the website. I paid $50. Very disappointed.
I went there to get my nails done, the lady at the reception was so rude, she didn’t even ask me anything and said we are so busy and come back later. zero customer service.
Bad service. The nails did not last even a week. When asked for repair did my nails very badly. My cuticles started bleeding. I still had to pay because I didn’t want to make a fuss about it. I don’t know what to do about it.
