Worst service ever they leave my feet in water waiting over an hour because people come in that had an appointment!!! Even if you came in after them!!! I am reporting them to contra costa health department!!! For leaving my feet in the water for an hour!!! Customer that go there are so rude and staff is rude too!!! I was so itchy from being in the water over an hour!!! Never in my life I had a problem like this!!! My nail place in Florida was the best!!! That is place is horrible!!!
Worst mani pedi I have ever gotten. I don't like to complain but seriously I could have done a better job myself.
Clean, friendly, relaxing and affordable! Love it ! They treat every regular, such as myself like royalty! They are funny these ladies and do their best to accommodate your design style.
My new favorite nail shop. Clean, comfortable, and most importantly great customer service. They do good work. :) I will def return.
Very pleased with my experience at Princess Nails. I received a pedicure and manicure at a cost that was very reasonable compared to uptown prices. They were very kind and attentive! I received a 20 minute massage for both my mani and pedi, which was a pleasant surprise! I also messed up one of my nails prior to leave and this was promptly fixed. I will certainly be returning!
This is the first time I visited such a good salon like Princess Nails. The background was in a good manner that made me exciting as soon as entering. I was greeted by a nice girl who was sweet and polite. Good feeling at the first impression. The line of cushion and the flowers were arranged in spectacular view.
