Nobody likes this Spa for years they let the same rude workers run it down to the ground. I see now they got a reboot of workers but it's too late. South Side been having way better Latina options.

I had a terrible experience with this spa. I went there in the cold and their electricity was out. The place was dark and the heat wasn’t working. However, they were open giving massages, only 1/2 hour massages. The receptionist wasn’t familiar with the oils that they use, even though she works the front desk. It’s disappointing you can’t contact them ahead of time because their phone is only a message line to give hours and location. This is so unprofessional.
Very good staff and technique. Regular loyal customer.
