My experience with Jackie has been so great from beginning to end! We first went just to look on our trip and learn more about the different styles and settings that they had available. Jackie was really helpful in answering any questions that we had and wasn't pushy in any way. I can't say enough good things about Ara of Princess Jewelers. He is kind, honest, sincere. I didn't feel rushed or pushed. We spoke on the phone and he explained his whole process. He is an upstanding person. I had 3 pieces of jewelry appraised, 2 repairs done, and a ring resized and rhodium plated and every part of the process was smooth and easy.
