I'm giving 5 stars. I didn't have to wait for them to get started. They were ready and waiting on me. I showed her the style I wanted and they achieved just that. I brought my own hair but I didn't need to. They have a huge selection for you to pick from. The salon was clean and wifi is available if you need to get some work done. I'm very pleased with my hair. I don't get my hair braided often but when I do, I'm coming here. The price was fair with box braids in the back and cornrows in the front. My experience was amazing I would go here again
DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely worst place to ever go. For starters both of the braiders kept taking long breaks of minimum 15 minutes while braiding. This was a minimum of 3 times. Not saying a word and just leaving. Braider did the wrong box braids instead of knotless I didn’t realize until she got to the top. I asked her if she could do the top row knotless at-least since that’s not what I wanted but and proceeded to scream at me saying the was too much work and that’s not what she signed up for. I went to this salon yesterday after Princess told me she could do my hair. I got there at 2:30pm with my best friend. Princess told my best friend her hair would take 2 hours and I would be next. She ate some food and then started my best friend at 3:00 and finished her at 6:30pm. She then took a client she said she had scheduled for 5:30 before me.
